English Classes

Do you know someone who would like to be more comfortable with everyday, practical English?

Shorefront JCC offers small, intimate classes for those learning English as a second language. The classes, for beginner and intermediate levels, meet two to three times a week in the early evenings.

All teachers are certified. The classes are conversational and fun, with lessons organized around topics like:

Going to the grocery store
Doing business at the bank
Taking the bus or subway
Visiting the doctor
